Delete your account
This page is operated by Serianonim, the developer of the SeriaReader app. It lets you request deletion of your SeriaReader account and the data associated with it — without signing in and without reinstalling the app.
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app
If you still have the app installed, this is the fastest route and it takes effect immediately.
- Open the SeriaReader app and sign in
- Go to Settings
- Tap Account → Delete account
- Confirm. Your account and its data are deleted — this is not a deactivation.
Option 2 — Request deletion from this page
Already uninstalled the app, or can't sign in? Send us a request below. You don't need an account, a password, or the app to use this form.
Request account deletion
Enter the email address of the SeriaReader account you want deleted. We only use it to find and delete that account.
What gets deleted
We delete the account itself and the data that belongs to it. Deletion is permanent — it is not deactivation, and the account cannot be restored afterwards.

What is kept, and for how long
We keep as little as possible. Two categories survive account deletion, and only for the reasons stated:

We do not retain your email address, saved content or reading history for any reason after deletion. Payment and subscription records are held by Google Play under Google's own retention policies — we never receive or store your card details.
How long it takes
We aim to complete deletion requests within 7 days, and always within 30 days. You'll get a confirmation email at the address you submitted once it's done.
Can't access the email address?
If you no longer have access to the address on the account — or you don't remember which address you used — email us and we'll help you verify ownership another way:
support@seriareader.com — please write from any address and tell us as much as you can about the account. We may ask a couple of questions to confirm it's yours before deleting anything.
