1. Rolümüz
SeriaReader, kullanıcıların kişisel okuma amacıyla kaydettiği bağlantıları ve kısa alıntıları barındıran bir yer sağlayıcıdır (5651 sayılı Kanun m.5; 5846 sayılı FSEK ek m.4; AB Dijital Hizmetler Tüzüğü (EU) 2022/2065 m.6; 17 U.S.C. §512). Kullanıcı içeriğini önceden denetleme yükümlülüğümüz yoktur; usulüne uygun bildirim üzerine hukuka aykırı içeriği kaldırırız.
2. Bildiriminizde bulunması gerekenler
- İhlal edildiği iddia edilen eserin kimliği (başlık, yayın tarihi, varsa ISBN/DOI)
- Kaldırılması istenen içeriğin tam URL'si (uygulama içi bağlantı veya ekran görüntüsü)
- Adınız, kurumunuz, adresiniz, telefonunuz ve e-posta adresiniz
- Hakkın size ait olduğuna veya temsilci olarak hareket etme yetkiniz olduğuna dair beyan
- “İyi niyetle beyan ederim ki, söz konusu kullanım hak sahibi, temsilcisi veya kanun tarafından yetkilendirilmemiştir.”
- “Bildirimdeki bilgilerin doğru olduğunu, yalancı şahitlik cezası altında, hak sahibi adına hareket etmeye yetkili olduğumu beyan ederim.”

İçeriğiniz haksız yere kaldırıldıysa dmca@seriareader.com adresine şunları gönderin: ad-soyad, adres, iletişim bilgisi, kaldırılan içeriğin URL'si, itiraz gerekçesi, “İyi niyetle, içeriğin hata veya yanlış tanımlama sonucu kaldırıldığına inanıyorum” beyanı, doğruluk beyanı ve imza.

1. Our role
SeriaReader is a hosting service that stores links and short excerpts saved by users for personal reading (Turkish Law No. 5651 Art. 5; FSEK Additional Art. 4; Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, DSA Art. 6; 17 U.S.C. §512). We have no general obligation to monitor user content; we act on valid notices of infringement.
2. What your notice must include
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (title, publication date, ISBN/DOI where available)
- The exact URL of the material to be removed (in-app link or screenshot)
- Your name, organisation, address, telephone number and email address
- A statement that you own the right or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf
- “I have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
- “I declare, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notice is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.”

4. Counter-notice (for users)
If your content was removed in error, email dmca@seriareader.com with your name, address and contact details, the URL of the removed content, the reason you believe the removal was mistaken, the statement “I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification”, a declaration of accuracy, and your signature.
